Our buildings and craftsmen have been certified by TRADA (The Timber Research & Development Association). This is the highest certification in our industry and your peace-of-mind that your Crown Pavilion is correct and compliant.
We have been honing our skills for 20-years and many of our master craftsmen and designers have been with us from day one. In that time we have built over 5,000 luxury garden buildings across 18 countries.
Our Premium garden rooms are built to permanent building standards. Every element is painstakingly selected for quality and longevity, reflected in TRADA certification, the highest marque in our industry.
From ground survey to final installation, we manage every step of the journey.
A ground test site survey to check ground suitability is required for garden rooms. This will determine whether ground screw or traditional concrete is most suitable for your site. This ground test survey is £280 incl vat.
Your new garden building will be erected 'in situ', in your garden. Planning permission is not normally required as most of our buildings are designed to fall within permitted development.
For garden rooms, groundworks, plumbing, electricity, water and waste can all be quoted for and taken care of for a seamless project from start to finish.
Delivery & installation of your garden building is included in the price for all installations within 100 miles of our Oxfordshire workshops. A delivery surcharge applies for installations beyond 100 miles.
